How it works

Built and approved before you pay anything

Here’s exactly what happens, what we’ll ask you for, and what we’ll never ask for.

We build a free preview

If we’ve emailed you, it’s because your current website looked out of date or broken in ways that can put visitors off: for example, it’s hard to use on a phone, some pages or links don’t work, or it doesn’t load securely.

Huon builds a preview of what a modern site for your business could look like and sends you a private link. To show you your own property in it, the preview uses photos from your current website. It never uses your logo. The photos are used only in your private preview and are deleted with it, within 30 days, or within 24 hours if you ask.

Found us first? Send us your website address and we’ll do the same. The preview is free and there’s no obligation.

You send your words and photos

If you like the direction, reply and say so. Before any real work starts, we confirm by email what we’ll build (up to 12 pages) and the terms that apply.

Then you send us your logo, photos and the words you’d like to use, or tell us which parts of your current site to keep. Huon builds the real site at a private address on preview.pinewright.au. You can look at it on your phone and your computer, and show it to anyone you like.

Two rounds of changes

Send us one list of everything you’d like changed. We make the changes and send you the updated link, then you get a second round.

Need more after that? We’ll tell you the cost first, and nothing happens unless you agree. Before you’re asked to approve anything, a separate AI reviewer checks the finished site.

Approve, pay, go live

When you’re happy, approve the site in writing. A reply to our email is enough. We then send one tax invoice for $1,190 including GST, payable within 7 days. Once it’s paid, we put your site live on your domain.

If you decide not to approve it, you owe nothing and we take the staging site down.

What we’ll ask you for

  • Your logo, if you have one
  • Photos you own or have permission to use
  • The words for each page, or your OK to reuse text from your current site
  • Business details to show: phone, email, address, hours or check-in times
  • The email address for your site’s “Email us” enquiry button, which opens your visitor’s email app, addressed to you
  • At go-live, a small change to your domain’s settings, made by you or whoever manages your domain, following our step-by-step instructions

What we’ll never ask for

  • Your domain registrar login or password
  • Your email password
  • Card or bank details by email
  • Any payment before you’ve approved the finished site
  • Permission to change your email (MX) records. We don’t touch them.

If anyone claiming to be us asks for any of these, don’t reply. Email hello@pinewright.com.au instead.

Going live

Your domain stays yours

Your domain stays registered in your name, with your current registrar. To go live, we send you the exact settings to add or change so your domain points to the new site. You, or whoever manages your domain, make the change, and we check everything is working.

Your email keeps working as it does now, because we never change the records that control it.

After launch

Three months of care, then your choice

For the first 3 months, hosting, security, uptime monitoring and up to 30 minutes of edits a month are included. Edits are small changes such as new photos, updated prices or different opening hours.

After that, keep the care plan for $49 a month incl. GST (no lock-in, 30 days’ notice), or we hand over your files and help you move. We won’t start charging for care unless you’ve said yes. See pricing.
