So there are no surprises
What isn’t included
- Your domain name’s registration and renewal. You pay your registrar directly, and the domain stays in your name.
- Email hosting. Your email stays where it is.
- Online shops, payments or a booking engine. We can link to the booking system you already use.
- Writing all-new copy or professional photography.
Want more than 12 pages, or a third round of changes? We’ll quote it in writing first, and only do it if you agree.

Common questions
Is there a deposit?
No. You pay once, after you’ve approved the finished site.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST, and we issue a tax invoice. Agencies that resell our websites have separate trade prices, shown + GST with the total beside them: see For agencies.
What if I don’t approve the site?
Then you don’t pay. We take the staging site down.
Can the care plan price change?
Only with at least 30 days’ written notice. If you don’t want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Do unused edit minutes roll over?
No, the 30 minutes start fresh each month. If a change would take longer, we’ll tell you the cost before doing it.
What are my refund rights?
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
